I, AMARJEET SINGH, of legal age, Indian Citizen, after

being sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the answering respondent on the above

entitled case, I have caused the preparation of the above-petition.
That I have read the contents hereof and all the allegations
herein are true and correct to the best of my personal knowledge
or authentic records.
2. That as a respondent, I certify to the truth of the
foregoing facts and undertakings:
A. I have not commenced any action or filed any claim
involving the same issues in any court, tribunal, or
quasi-judicial agency and to the best of my knowledge,
no such other action or claim is pending therein;
B. And if I should thereafter learn that the same or
similar action or claim has been filed or is pending, I
shall report that fact within five (5) days therefrom to
the court wherein the aforesaid complaint or initiatory
pleading has been filed.
