a portion of Lot 3408-B-3, Psd-05-007796) situated in the Barangay of Burabod,

2. That I have acquired the land through a Deed of Absolute Sale from its previous
owner Abelardo Labrador married to Elena Rodrigo who was the registered
owner of the above-mentioned property and is recorded as Doc No. _______,

_______________________________;

3. That after my purchase of the said realty, I have caused an improvements in the
realty particularly a residential structure consisting of ___________________
square meters in the said property;

4. That I hereby attest that I am the real and absolute owner of the above
mentioned realty;

5. That I further attest that I have constructed a residential structure in the said
realty;

6. That I have freely executed this affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts and for
any legal purposes this may serve.
