Warm Felicitation!

I am writing this letter in anticipation for your valuable donation towards Brigada Skwela. It is a National
Schools Maintenance Week, which aims to bring together all teachers, and school officials, pupils and
their parents, alumni, community leaders, members of the non-government organizations (NGOs),
private sectors, other government agencies, and all other stakeholders to participate and contribute
your time, effort and resources to prepare public school facilities for the opening of the school year. In
behalf of the PTA (Parents Teachers Association) as a PTA President I humbly ask your camaraderie,
financial help in the said program.

The program starts on May 20 and ends in May 25, 2019. If you are willing to be part of it, you may
come to school on or in between of the dates mentioned when you are available to volunteer.

Thank you so much. We are looking forward to seeing you being a part of the said program.

This will surely benefit not just the school community but also the community that our school envisions
to shape. Your help will surely make a difference and will be appreciated.
