The ESP Department shall aim to promote the general welfare of the learners in pursuing their
physical, spiritual, emotional, social, and moral development; as well as providing a dynamic
learning environment to achieve learning competencies.
2. The Department shall pursue relevant, factual, and disciplined research in preserving and
discovering positive essential values to elevate the quality of teaching through well-founded
methodologies.
3. This Department is tasked in ensuring the effectivity of the assigned management in continuous
and habitual observance of its policies and preserve the efficacy of the whole organization by
which the aforementioned is part in general.
4. The Department shall maintain to foster the harmonious bond with its stakeholders: The parents,
the community, and the government. To ensure the substantiation of plans, resources, and other
vital necessities of the organization.
5. Our Department shall strive for continuous growth in different aspects through reflective
constructive reactions, feedbacks, queries, and commentaries that correlates the status of the
Department.
