Data To Collect For Solar Minigrid Project

1. GPS location of power plant (sufficient and safe) area

2. Photo of available space in site for powerhouse and solar
3. GPS locations for whole route from powerhouse to each household ( take
gps point on device and add description in diary like GPS point 1:
Powerhouse GPS 2: beside school gps 3: small river crossing gps no 4:
road side likewise for all those point reaching around 100 houses of the
specific site.
4. Photograph of currect village situation and energy consumption pattern.
5. Photo of meeting with villagers and minute of meeting
6. Agreement from villagers for the space requirement for plant.
7. Gps of whole route from powerhouse to each house ( much required)
8. Demographic and geographic condition of village
9. Existing industry / agro mills/ furniture or future possibility of other loads
than residential and the gps location for such loads and also show in map
for placing (important for design)
10.Map sketch showing (sub village name and house number) in a4 or a3 like
if village name id a with 100 houses sub village name a1 15 HH, sub village
a2 30 HH and similarly clearly shown household and TND route to reach
each house (exact route and house number has huge importance for
design)
11.And other required data you think important and provide checklist to be
filled.
