A session was conducted today between 3PM till 4:15PM during the session following points were
discussed.

1. At QAS200, Demonstration was given on how to apply UOP factor inclusive of CAPEX amount and its
entry in SAP, impacts in SAP and their results were also displayed. It was requested to carry out testing
in QAS200 and let d team know if any issue arises.

3. It was inquired by EP team that if the excel uploader could be created for this manual depreciation
process. It was explained that customized uploader for manual depreciation can be created for EP team.

4. In conclusion, EP team will confirm if the manual depreciation process to be adopted in SAP for the
assets (which follows 2P UOP factor) along with customized uploader. Once confirmation received to D
team, detailed requirements and time line for this work will be shared with EP team accordingly.
