List of Possible Interfaces for Integration

Goal: SAP S/4 HANA to be integrated with Dot Net Application

Date: August 12, 2019

Leads (4 interfaces):
1. One interfaces required for customer
2. One interface required for ALL products (generic names)
3. One interface for Update lead in one case to generate enquiry in SAP
4. One interface is required to show status of enquiry
Enquiry (Two Interfaces):
5. One interface for customer wise products.
6. One interface for enquiry update by FE.
Note: Three touch points are common for Enquiry and leads (done in above for Leads).

Quotation-MM (Four Interfaces):

7. One required for mail sending and generate Unique Identity in dot net database.
8. One is required for fetch details from for quotation.
9. One required for push details in SAP
10. One is required for fetching negotiation and counter offer details or other details from SAP
Tender rate –Transportation (One interface).
11. To push only rates in SAP one interface point is required.
Quality Complaint (Three Interfaces):
12. One is required to fetch details invoice wise, batch wise, vehicle wise, GR Wise .
13. One for complaint generation.
14. One is required for showing status.
Visit plan (Three Interfaces):
15. One for Field Executive wise customer list.
16. One for Customer wise product details (generic names only)
17. One for outstanding.

Note: No other integration is needed.
