1. Contestants must be currently enrolled in this Institution.
2. Ten participants in each section.
3. Each contestant must be presentable and in proper cooking attire
provided with apron, hairnet and mask.
4. All the ingredients can only be found in their prepared food basket for
the said event.
5. Contestants are required to display their recipe of their chosen entry
dish.
6. Peeling and cutting shall be done during the actual competition only.
7. Use only firewood.
8. Bring own utensils for cooking and preparation.
9. Contestant must check and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness
to their respective cooking area.

DESSERT
1. Contestants must be currently enrolled in this Institution.
2. Contestants must wear proper cooking attire provided with apron,
hairnet and mask.
3. Contestant can use blender, ice crusher and other related materials
for the preparation of their additional ingredients.
4. All carving, assembling, peeling, and cutting shall be done during the
actual competition only.
5. Contestants must check and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness
to their respective area.
6. Time allotment is two (2) hours. Going beyond the allotted time will
mean penalty of one (2) point per minute which will be subtracted
from the total points.

BOOTH DISPLAY COMPETITION


1. Student-participants should be officially enrolled for the 1st semester
of the school year 2019-2020 in MIT. All members of the group
should be present during the presentation.
2. Go, Grow, and Glow foods should be arranged accordingly and will
maximize the whole area of the booth.
3. Fail to follow the above statement will have 5 points deduction in
each criterion.
