The project aims that young people can become comfortable and empowered enough
to take an active role as part of European citizenship, and can create creative possible

-space of sharing realities: experiences and good practices of challenges and obstacles
youth face on an international level, as well to discuss possible solutions;
-strengthen knowledge of youth on the topic of European citizenship, awareness of
European values and to stimulate its practice;
-provide knowledge on different topics through non formal education;
-increase competences like creativity, teamwork, finding solutions, problem solving as
well as give young people an opportunity to work in a diverse environment with
people from other cultures and backgrounds;
-share the goal and idea of Erasmus + Programme and to encourage the participants
to take part in its possibilities and activities
Youth exchange will be reflecting the principles of non-formal learning and support
the active involvement of the participants in the activity. The participants will be
encouraged to share feedback on proposed programme of activities, share their
expectations through application forms. During the activity itself active participation of
the participants will be supported by implementation various activities taking into

maximum fun, be cheerful and try to be part of the solution.
2. Team leaders task:
Every team leader will be introduced with the program plan 1 month before the
activity and will have the possibility to facilitate several workshops during the
Youth Exchange. The team leaders will be gathered in FB group, together with
the main project coordinator and be responsible for creating the program and
