With reference to the subject cited above, I Submit that the subject work was let
out to M/s HSR Ventures Pvt Ltd.
I herewith furnish the Aggregate samples collected from quarry to be used for
the subject work to your kind office.
Samples:
1. 10mm nominal size HBT metal
2. 20mm nominal size HBT metal
3. 40mm nominal size HBT metal

It is requested to kindly arrange to conduct necessary tests for Physical

Properties of the samples viz., AIV value, FI & EI Index, Water Absorption etc., as per
the standards & MORT&H guidelines and arrange to communicate the results for use of
metal in BT road and concrete work for taking further necessary action.

The above work was let out to you vide Superintending Engineer (R&B) Circle,
Sangareddy agreement reference 1st cited above, with a stipulation to complete the work within (18)
months from the date of entering into agreement i.e., by 06-10-2018.

Further this office issued notices vide reference 3rd & 5th cited to speed up the work
and complete the entire work within the agreement period. But there is no response from your end.

As reported by the Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B) Sub – Division, Medak vide
reference 4th cited, there is no progress in speeding up of the work and standstill since long time no
activity is seen at site.

Therefore you are requested to submit EOT proposals and speed up the work by
engaging sufficient men and machinery to maintain the rate of progress and you are requested to
resume the work and show the progress within (07) days .Otherwise action will be initiated as per
agreement condition to terminating the work under 60 ©.

(R&B) Circle, Sangareddy agreement reference 1st cited above, with a stipulation to complete the
work within (18) months from the date of entering into agreement i.e., by 06-10-2018.

In compliance to the noticed issued vide reference 6th cited it is submitted that the
work is not yet resumed and there are no activity of work as on today i.e., 21-12-2018.

I request to the Executive Engineer (R&B) Division, Medak to kindly take necessary

Sangareddy agreement reference 1st cited above, with a stipulation to complete the work within (18)
months from the date of entering into agreement i.e., by 06-10-2018.

As reported by the Deputy Executive Engineer (R&B) Sub – Division, Medak vide
reference 2nd cited, As per the construction programme submitted by the agency till the end of 1st
mile stone i.e., Nine months from the date of handing over the site, the progress of work is very slow
and lagging the 1st mile stone target. You are failed to achieve the rate of progress as per the
construction programme. With this progress of work it is very difficult to achieve further mile stones
given by you.

Therefore you are requested to speed up the wok and accelerate the rate of progress
by engaging sufficient men and machinery to maintain the rate of progress as per mile stone and
complete the entire work within the agreement period and you are requested to submit revised
programme of work. Otherwise action will be initiated as per agreement condition for imposing
liquidated damages.
