PRESENTADOR: Good morning , Welcome to "HEALTHY TV SHOW" my name is Isacc, and


today We have interesting topics about how to be a helthy person. Now, I'd like you
to meet Dr.Campos. He is the best nutrisionist in Peru.

D. CAMPOS: Morning Isacc. Thanks for your invitation. Today I will talk about junk
food and how to avoid it, but I'm not alone. I'd like to introduce you to
Dr.Portal. He is the most famous pediatrician of south america.

PRESENTADOR: Nice to meet you, Dr.Portal

D.PORTAL: It's very nice to meet you too Isacc. I´m glad to be here. I will talk
about obesity and I'll give you some advices to be the healthies people in the
world.

PRESENTADOR: Let´s start. Dr. Portal, How about obesity?

D.PORTAL: Well, in Peru 32% of younger people has obesity. So, they need a balance
diet. They should eat fresh food. For younger people eat fruit is tastier than
vegetables. Also, one of the highest fruit in proteins is the apple.

PRESENTADOR: I bet that younger people like bananas, apples, oranges and grapes.
They are the most famous fruit in Peru. I think people get obesity because they eat
junk food.However, this kind of food is the most delicious. Now, Dr.Campos tell us
about junk food.

D.CAMPOS: Junk food is delicious but is the most dangerous in the world. I
recommend that you follow the next lifestyle. Eat a healthy diet that includes sea
food and vegetables.¿Why? the fish has a lot of protein,too it has few satured
fats. Also,They are also a good source of vitamins and minerals, also as omega 3
,recommended for reduce cholesterol and prevent heart disease.
And the vegetables are foods that lack fat and low in calories, so the help
maintain weight and fight obesity.
That's why they have to eat fish twice a week and drink two liters of water
everyday, this is the best way to be healthy.

PRESENTADOR: Peruvians probably continue to eat junk food and gain weight. Dr.
Portal, how can we lose weight?

D.Portal: The best way is avoid the consumption of fats, sugar and energy drinks.
Also You may do exercises twice a week and sleep from 6 to 8 hours.

D.Campos: They may do relaxing activities, like do jogga, walk around the park and
the most important is spend time with your family.
