FM radio setting problem

Introduction

This document is to notice you that wrong setting is the main root cause for FM radio failure. The affected
product is 6030.

Symptoms

2914-FM radio
Phone prompts "connect an enhancement" when using radio. Please refer to the following pictures:
After connecting the headset, phone doesn’t prompt “headset mode”, only a logo of the text phone is
displayed

Procedure to change the setting:

Step 1: insert headset to active the enhancement menu

Step 2: select ‘Menus”--- “settings”---“enhancement settings”

Step 3: select “text phone”

Step 4: set use text phone “No”

After you change the settings, you plug in the headset again, this time it prompts “headset mode”. And FM radio
works.
