Report

As requested by the college council, in this report I’m going to analyze the most relevant problems new
students coming to this institute have to face. In addition, I intend to underline how these issues affect
their well-being and school grades.

First of all, incoming students complain about the lack of cleanliness of the dorm and the bad smell coming
out from the pipes in the bathrooms. As a consequence, students aren’t able to properly study in their
rooms. Another problem is related to the official website of our institute, in fact many incoming students
complain of not finding the complete information needed for pursuing the various burocratic practices.

What I suggest is to hire a professional web developer to update the website of our institute as well as to
remake its graphical design, which is fairly outdated. At the same time, the head of the college council
should contact the cleaning agency to complain about the poor cleaning services.

In conclusion, I am convinced that solving these two main problems will greatly improve the wellness and
the school scores of incoming students and their satisfaction will raise our college up to the top in the
national ranking for the best school institutes.
