- Long-Term Securities issued by corporations (GLC or Private

Company) to meet their financing needs.
- Issued either at fixed interest, floating interest & zero-
coupon bonds (without interest).
- Interest may paid annually, semi-annually & quarterly.

2) Medium-Term Notes (MTN)

- Maturity of
More than > 1 Year, but
Less than < 5 years
- Issued either through direct placement, tender.

3) Commercial Papers (CP)

- Maturity of
Not less than < 1 month, but
Not more than > 12 months
- Issued at discount.

 Deal Transaction

- Kebanyakan deal transaction yang berjaya adalah :

(i) Exempt Rating above AAA
(ii) AAA

Ini kerana higher rating more secured.

Contohnya,

Jika PDS Khazanah, Cagamas offer higher yield than GII,

maka deal will take.
