Suppose for example

Customer booked a mobile in Flipkart. Flipkart received the order from the customer

Now here effectiveness and efficiency will takes place

Effectiveness means all about reaching the goals here goal is delivery the product

Efficiency all about tells about the process

Here effectiveness Flipkart delivery service target is to deliver that mobile phone to customer
with in 3 days. In this process some times it will takes more time and they will use strategy to
reach the goal sometimes they will not identify customers address and calls to customers at that
customers not there . costs also accurs but final target is deliver the product to customer.
Sometimes the product also damage in this process

Here effectiveness is all about setting a goal and main focus is how to reach that goal in this
process it will takes more time they used resources fully . it means costs also Accurs

time with customer satisfaction.
