This is the unlocked version so no need to ask how to unlock.

I tried it on a
members laptop but it did not work so I used mine which did work. This does have
the text file with the link to the troubleshooting files others have been asking
for.
If by unlock you mean how to install then I can help.

Install DDDL8.0x (run as admin)

Open DDDL8 on desktop and copy the PID xx-xx-xx-xx-xx then close DDDL8
Open KG (run as admin) and paste PID
Open GetIntId.vpri (run as admin) and click Get Internal ID then copy it. Close it.
Paste in KG, set the date for 1 year then click Just do it.
Click OK on the popup window that appears and the same on the next popup. This will
make 2 files Settings.xml and 8B2D4I4.NBC which will be in the KG folder. For Win 7
and above if you don't see ProgramData folder then you need to type Folder Options
in the search box on the Start menu and click it in the results. Click the View tab
then select Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
Copy Settings.xml and place here.
For XP
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Detroit
Diesel\Drumroll\Application Data\Settings.xml
For Win 7 and up
C:\ProgramData\Detroit Diesel\Drumroll\Application Data\Settings.xml
Copy 8B2D4I4.NBC and place here
For XP
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Detroit
Diesel\Drumroll\Application Data\Downloads\8B2D4I4.NBC
For Win 7 and up
C:\ProgramData\Detroit Diesel\Drumroll\Application Data\Downloads\8B2D4I4.NBC
