SUMMARY

The present project is focused on contributing and training the inhabitants of Chipipata

town center, Yanahuanca District, Daniel Alcides Carrión Province. To inform the public

on the subject of geological risks in the place and its subsequent prevention. Some

causes of the problem are related to the precarious economic conditions and the

infrastructure of the families and the ignorance and management of the geological risks

observed in the place.

Through training, talks and presentation of videos, we were able to raise awareness of

the issues and how to prevent such risks, thus reducing the low level of knowledge on

the subject and thus helping the population. The project includes two stages: the first is

the identification of the areas where the geological risks are located. The second stage

completes the training and awareness on geological risks to the inhabitants of the place

and nearby residents.
