DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, HJI. SAUDI T. HASSIMAN, of legal age, Filipino, married to CATHERINE

MANALO HASSIMAN, with residence and postal address at Tanjung, Indanan, Sulu,
Philippines, hereinafter called the VENDORS, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P100,000.00) Philippine currency, to me in hand paid by
HJA. DURRIYA SIRAJANI ALFAD, of legal age, Filipino, married to AMRI IKIT ALFAD
and residing at No. 89, Lambayong, Bus-Bus, Jolo, Sulu, hereinafter called the VENDEES, receipt
of which amount in full is hereby acknowledged, have sold, transferred, and conveyed and by these
presents, do hereby sell, transfer and convey unto said VENDEES, their heirs/successors and
assign that certain parcel of land and more particularly described as follows to wit:

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
A parcel of land( Lot 6, Blk. 3) of the subd. Plan, PSD-ARMM-08-001399, being a portion
of Lot 2-B-2-C-4-B-8-B-2-B-2, Psd-09-013287, Lot 2-b-2-C-4-B-8-B-2-C, Psd-09-012666,
situated in the Barangay of Tanjong, Municipality of Indanan, Province of Sulu, Island of Jolo,
containing an area of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SQUARE METERS (120sqm).

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ______ day of
