NICE Demo Hub – Quick Guide

What is the NICE Demo Hub?

The NICE Demo Hub is a new, unified product demo platform which provides customer-facing teams with a
single tool to demonstrate existing and planned capabilities of NICE products.

The platform provides common demo capabilities including:

• Customizing the demo to various vertical markets and to specific customer meetings

• Tools to localize the demo to support additional languages

• Standard ‘How to Demo?’ tool

• Version management and more

In addition, the new platform enables our customer-facing teams to promote multi-product deals by
highlighting the power of the portfolio through cross product integrations.

How can I download and use the NICE Demo Hub?

 The NICE Demo Hub can be downloaded from the NICE Demo Hub Server:
http://demo.nice.com:9000/#/start (select Download Official Version option)
 After downloading the official demo version, unzip the file you downloaded and activate the demo locally
from your desktop. No network connectivity is required.
 You can also run the demo remotely using the option ‘Run Official Version’ on the main menu.

The menu of all the NICE solutions appears on the main screen, and you can select the solution you wish to
demonstrate:
 After selecting the solution you will need to select the use case which you wish to demo (some solutions
have more than one use case).

How can I find the documentation for all use cases?

 All the use case demos are documented using the ‘How to demo’ tool which is built into the demo tool.
 The ‘How to Demo’ tool includes the flow of the use case and can be activated using the question mark
icon at the upper/bottom menu bar:
