Monitor and follow up on the progress of works of the project to ensure project

meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the
work of the sub contractor. Regularly attend site meetings to update site progress
and to resolve technical problems by progressively review and check project
specification, technical clarification and newly update construction drawing by the
consultants. Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to
resolve construction problems and issues.Do regular work by supervise and
coordinate the work of the sub-contractors and work closely with all relevant teams
and staff to meet the project schedule through proper planning and to ensure smooth
operations. Supervise daily work labour according to drawing specification and
prepare daily site records. Constantly keep proper records of related documents,
materials used and the progress of jobs done on site.
