Is multipurpose instructional device assists instructor in teaching-learning process?

Studies on instructional materials employed that multipurpose instructional device is
effective to shed light the issue of professionalism and qualified language teachers’ to use
different instructional devices to support learning through collaboration and intellectual
partners to support leaning by reflecting.

WHAT EVIDENCES DO YOU EXPECT TO GATHER TO ANSWER THE

Records of teachers’ evaluation in the use of multipurpose instructional device in terms of
its effectiveness.
Results of pre-test and posttest are administered to students after task instruction.
Acceptability of instructional devices using workbook in terms of:
Accuracy of Material
Clarity of Material
Appeal to the Target User
Originality in Presentation

WHAT ARE THE VARIABLES IN THE STUDY AND HOW ARE THEY
DEFINED?
Instructional Devices refers the category of more nearly, to the writer, are films and radio,
television, teaching machines, interactive workbook materials with programs and systems.

Grade 7 pupils refers to the respondents of the study involved in testing the

EXPECT TO GATHER EVIDENCE?
Active participation of the language teachers and students at Casay National High school,
a public school in San Francisco Quezon.
Results of the pretest and posttest that utilized authentic assessment and quantitative
analysis.

HOW DO YOU EXPECT COLLECT DATA?

1. Individual accomplishment of the students after being subjected to language learning


through multipurpose instructional device.

2. Review the results of the pretest and posttest.

HOW WILL YOU ANALYZE THE DATA YOU COLLECT?


For class participation, providing rubrics that will guide the researcher to evaluate students’
responses.
For students’ improvement, employing a research made test and posttest are given.

WHAT DO YOU EXPECT THE RESULTS TO BE?


Multipurpose instructional device is effective in enhancing the knowledge, thinking skills
and the problem solving abilities of all students, as well as in incorporating recent advances
in disciplinary content, research on teaching and learning and instructional technologies.
EXACTLY HOW WILL THE RESULTS YOU OBTAIN ADRESS THE
QUESTION?
The result will determine the flexibility of this device in enhancing and improving student’s
skills for language learning.
The result will prove the effectiveness of multipurpose instructional device as a teaching
resource for language learning.

The findings were indicative of the fact that multipurpose instructional device give students
an opportunity to view a variety of formats including visuals, drama, and media
