JOSEFINA SUMIDO SELMA, DENIZA SUMIDO CUYNO and DINA
SUMIDO PRUDENCIADO all of legal age, Filipino citizens and residents of
Purok 16, Barangay Doongan, Butuan City, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with the law, depose, and state:

1. That we are the children the late Spouses Rufino Sumido and Irenea
Sumido;

2. Attached are our respective Certificate of Birth;

3. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing facts and for all legal intents and purpose that it may serve.
