TO : ALL PROVINCIAL GOVERNORS, CITY MAYORS, MUNICIPAL MAYORS, BARMM MINISTER OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT, DILG REGIONAL DIRECTORS, AND OTHERS CONCERNED SUBJECT : SUPPORT TO THE DUTERTE LEGACY SUMMIT ‘The Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCO0) will be conducting Duterte Legacy (DL) Summits that shall highlight the landmark achievements of this Administration in the areas of poverty alleviation, infrastructure development, and peace order. It seeks to showcase the real stories from various beneficiaries of the administration's landmark policies and programs from different sectors, including local communities, grassroot leaders, families, laborers, among others. The DL summits for this year will be held in various key cities and provinces across the country. Part of the said caravan is a Youth Camp, which aims to bring together various youth leaders and provide training on media and information literacy, communication and leadership, and promote gender equality. In view of the above, all local chief executives are hereby enjoined to invite and ensure the attendance of local government officials and employees, barangay officials, youth leaders, and civil society representatives to attend the plenary and sub-forums of the Summit. ‘They are further directed to send one representative per city/municipality which will ‘come from youth organizations, youth and/or student councils, Sangguniang Kabataan members, and local youth development councils during the following schedule of the DL ‘Summit in their respective regions.
