The Value of Time

What is the most valuable thing on earth? It is time. According to the Merriam Webster

Dictionary, time is a thing measured as seconds, minutes and hours. Every part of it is a network

of chances. Once it passes it will never be back again. It is a precious treasure that has to be spent

with purpose and meaning. A treasure that should be valued and be given importance.

There is a wonderful quotation by Gracian that says,” All that really belongs to us is time,

even who has nothing else has that”. There is no reason for us to complain that we don’t have

time to do anything because we all have equal time. It just a matter of time management. Time

management is what we need to accomplish tasks. It is the process of organizing and planning on

how to divide your time between specific activities.

Time doesn’t wait for anyone. It runs without stoppage. If we lost time, we also lost

everything. We should never allow time to pass away unused. Utilize it by doing some useful

works that will inspire others to become successful.
