Canon 7: A lawyer shall at all times uphold the integrity and dignity of the legal profession, and support

the activities of the integrated bar. (ID)

Canon 8: A lawyer shall conduct himself with courtesy, fairness, candor toward his professional
colleagues and shall avoid harassing tactics against opposing counsel.
Canon 9: A lawyer shall not directly or indirectly assist in the unauthorized practice of law.

A lawyer has a standing obligation to its legal profession. He must not, in his professional and public
affairs, bring disrespect to his own profession. He must bring integrity and dignity in his conduct,
behavior, bearing, language and behavior. He should strive at all times to uphold the honor and to
maintain the dignity of the profession and to improve not only the law but the administration of justice.
In addition, he is also not allowed to behave in a scandalous manner, whether in private or public life, to
the discredit of the legal profession. As a lawyer, he must behave in a professional and dignified manner
before the general public. For if he does, he brings all lawyers and legal profession to disrepute and
shame.
