MINUTES OF THE MEETING

OCTOBER 21, 2019

The General Meeting started 9:30 am, October 21, 2019 at the Principal’s
Office. The meeting was participated by the School Head, HRPTA Presidents, GPTA
Officers and Board of Directors.
Issues were raised and were discussed properly. Everybody participated to come
up with one common goal.

The following agenda were discussed:

1. Makatapak Festival (November 15, 2019)

 Ma’am Joy and Sir Ace gave the details of the festival (needs, expenses
and possible ways to get help e.g sending letters for solicitation)
2. GPTA Projects
 Color Family Fun Run (Proposed date: December 06, 2019, Friday)
 Trophies, Certificate layouting and Certificate Holder care of
Ms. Jennifer Pamintuan, GPTA Treasurer
 Foundation Day’s Mr. and Ms. DALCUIS
 Proposed Date: February 21, 2020
 1st Canvassing date: January 10, 2020 (2000 tix/candidate)
 2nd Canvassing date: January 24, 2020
 3rd Canvassing date: February 07, 2020 (Pre-Pageant)
 Target Coronation Date/Place: February 21, 2020 at SM
Telabastagan
 Proceeds will be used for the following:
 Covered Pathway (from PPP BLG to the stage)
 Barbwires (Fence)
 2 Hand Washing Lavatories (1PPP Blg. & SHS Blg)
 Cemented Flooring (front of PPP Building)
 Science garden
The meeting ended at 11:40 Am.
