• 8 plus years of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Functional experience in Managing,

System Design Implementation and post Go-Live Support.
• Industry specific IS-OIL experience (two clients) and AFS experience
• Pricing experience including formula and average pricing for IS- OIL downstream
• Excellent experience in Variant Configuration from the sales side. Knowledge of
Variant Configuration from the PP side also.
• Transportation experience includes configuring the transport of Oil via Trucks in bulk.
• Excellent knowledge in ATP (Available to Promise) which includes GATP, Product
allocations, customer hierarchies, product hierarchies, info structures etc
• Strong functional experience in customization, implementation of SAP R/3 SD/LES,
FI and Integration with areas including MM, WM & FI/CO.
• Experience with interfaces to SAP for Freight, IS-OIL etc
• Well acquainted and actively involved in various stages of project implementation like
project preparation, preparing business blue print, realization/configuration, testing, end
user training, go-live and production support.
• Three full life cycle implementations, and many implementations within projects (mini
projects)
• Proficiency in spec designing, technical documentation, interacting with the super users
and end user training, reporting and data conversion of master data.
• Hands on experience in SAP SD customizing includes Customer Master, Vendor Master
and Material Master, basic functions , Item Proposal, Material Determination, Customer
Material info, Rebate Agreements Info Record, Source List, Quota Arrangement,
Organization Hierarchy, Billing (Billing Plans) and Account Determination, ATP,
Returns, Rebates, Stock Requirements, Purchasing which includes Purchase Requisition,
invoice verification, Purchase order, STO(Stock Transfer Order), Make-to-order, Taxes,
route determination, Batch management, BOM and customization of Order Management.
• Expertise in implementing Order-to-Cash (OTC) business process as per the company’s
business methodology – in accordance with Credit Management and Accounts
Receivable functions for FI module including Promotions & Sales deals, Inter-Company
Billing, Consignment, Third Party Order.
• Extensive experience with configuration of pricing conditions, output determination, text
determination, order confirmation, printing of delivery note, goods movements, credit
management and availability check.
• Experienced in the main concepts of Logistics Execution System (LES), which includes
Shipping and Transportation Management. Defined Outbound Delivery, setup Delivery
types, Shipping which includes Shipping Functions, Output Controls, Output
Determination, Inventory Management, Warehouse Movement and Storage Unit , EDI,
ASN etc.
• Created an integration model with the indicator ATP Customizing from the SAP Easy
Access screen in the sales system in SAP R/3 and helped in data mapping for the master
data and import of customizing data into SAP APO where the Global settings for Global
ATP (GATP) check is done.

enhancements like user exits, sales reporting, FRICE and other modifications
