I, the undersigned Mr. Yoshihide Higa, Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Law, the University of Delhi enrolled on the 17"* March 2017, got an appointment to the Schools for Law and Politics, University of Tokyo from the 1* March 2020, which was accepted on the 16" January 2020 by the Faculty Senate. I have already completed the course work as well as the residential requirement of two years.
