PROJECT MANAGER (TEMPORARY)

For a Project entitled "The long term effectiveness of a peer led lifestyle intervention program on
diabeted progression and cardiovascular risk; the Kerala Diabetes Prevention
Program in India" (P-5393)

1. Qualification & Experience 1) PhD Degree in Social Sciences

(Essential) OR
MBBS/BDS/B.Sc NurSingwith Masters in Public
Health(MPH)
2) Minimum 2 years of work experience in conducting community
based lifestyle intervention research.
3) A minimum of 2 research publications in pubmed indexed journals

2. Qualification & Experience 1) Experience in leading a team of researchers

(Desirable) 2) Population research data handling experience
3. Maximum age limit as 45 Years
On 31-03-2020
4. Number of vacancies 1 (ONE)

5. Consolidated remuneration Rs. 47,000/- per month.

6. Tenure of Appointment One year (Extendable) or till completion of the project, whichever is
earlier.
7. Brief job description 1) To co-ordinate data collection and data management
2) To supervise the data collection team and to provide periodic
updates to the Principal Investigator (PI) on the status of the project
3) To prepare project reports and represent the team in all related
meetings
4) Any other task as assigned by PI
