All importations of Personally Owned Vehicles (POV's) by retired US

military servicemen and other non-tax exempt, individuals made pursuant or
in reference to RP-US Military Bases Agreement shall first secure
CLEARANCE from this Office before collecting /accepting payments of duties
and taxes due thereto.

Any memorandum/order not consistent herewith is hereby

repealed /modified accordingly.

This Order shall take effect on March 12, 1990.
