Customs Memorandum Order

Pursuant to instruction No. 3 of CMO 12-90 dated February 18, 1990

in relation to CAO No. 3-78 to create an Inspection Team to be composed of
a representative each from the Enforcement and Security Service (ESS),
Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (CIIS) and Office of the
Commissioner, in addition to their present assignment, the following are
hereby designated:

Sgt. Jaime Saberon - ESS - Team Leader

Agt. Ranier Ragos - CI IS
Mr. Zosimo Ver - Office of the Commissioner

This order shall take effect immediately.

This Office has received reports that the Customs

Consumers Cooperative, Inc. has been selling food and
other items at a price level comparable to those sold
by other stores/establishment within and around the
customs premises, in violation of its undertaking to
sell at lower prices. In view whereof, you are hereby
directed to cause a review of the concessions given to
the Cooperative in the form of free light and water,
reduced rent, and other privileges under its contract
with BOC.
