SUBJECT : Clarification of Section 1 of

OTONo, 46-90.

In response to the Inquiries by KPZA-Begistered Zone

5hterprises (iZRE) regarding the requirement of f i l i n g a
warehousing entry f o r a l l importations intended f o r BZRE as
provided in Section 1 of CMO No. 46-90 dated July 18, 1990,
i t should be made clear to a l l concerned that the said re-
quirement of a warehousing entry i s intended to replace the
practice of f i l i n g a mere t a l l y sheet f o r EZRE importations
but not to talee away the incentives enjoyed by EZRE under
Presidential Decree No* 66, as amended.' Accordingly, EZRE
importations shall be covered by a warehousing entry but
without the. need of a warehousing bond as required in other
warehousing entries. For purposes of identification, the
Transhipment Permit . and the Warehousing Permit shall be stamped
nESRE Importation".
