In order to expedite the clearance cf articles imported

or brought to the Philippines f o r purposes of display or
exhibition at the Philippine Center f o r International Trade
and inhibition (PHILCITE) during an International Pair, impo-
sition or similar undertaking being held thereat, as well as
to protect the interest of the government, Department Order
No* shall be s t r i c t l y observed and the Transfer of the
said articles .to FHILCITS shall be covered by a Permit to
Transfer per format shown in Annex A hereof.

This Order shall take e f f e c t immediately.
