Subject: Local Transhipment

In view of the reported irregularities in the trans-
shipment of importations bound for local ports other than
the port of unloading, resulting in numerous instances of
diversion of container vans, it is hereby ordered that all
approved applications for local transshipments shall be
subject to CLEARANCE by the Office of the Commissioner,
Any violation of this Order shall be dealt with

This Order takes effect on May 3t 1990 and shall last
until revoked.
