CUSTOMS MEMORANDUM ORDER

To:' ' All Collectors, of Customs

Subject: Amendment to CMO 55-90 on Shipments

Originating from SGS ~ Covered Countries
with a Declared Value fo less thm $2,500.00

1. For the Port of Manila and the Manila International Container Port,
the declared value shall be verified by the Chief Formal Entry
Division after which the same shall be forwarded directly to the
Office of the Commissioner for clearance in a Disposition form and
return indorsement prepared by that. Division.

The Disposition Form shall indicate the nature of the ship-

ment, its origin, the declared value, the value as found; and
• recommendation.

2. For the NAIA Customhouse and Outports, the provisions of CMO

55-90 shall continue to govern.

3. All other provisions of CMO 55-90 not inconsistent herewith shall

remain in force and effect.

This Order shall take effect on October 22, 1990 and shall last until'
revoked
