● This  certificate  is  to  be  obtained  from  the  Principal/  HoD/  Registrar/  Director  of  the 
Institute  or  University  certifying  the  candidate’s  performance  during  the  penultimate year 
of  Bachelor’s  Degree  and to be produced at the time of the Admissions process (i.e. WAT & 
PI, Registration at IIM Indore) 
 
● Enter  the  percentage  of  marks  obtained,  if  you  have  a  Grade/CGPA,  enter  equivalent 
percentage  of  marks  using  the  procedure/  scheme certified by your university/ institution. 
In  case  there  is  no  conversion  formula  prescribed  by  the  university  then  calculate  the 
percentage  by  dividing  Grade/  CGPA  by  the  maximum  Grade/  CGPA  and  multiplying  the 
result by 100.
