The applicant/plaintiff has filed I.A. No.1
seeking an ad-interim exparte temporary
injunction restraining the defendants or their
men, agents acting on their behalf from
alienating, encumbering or otherwise dealing
with the schedule property in any manner till
pending disposal of the suit.
Further plaintiff has also filed I.A. No.2
seeking an ex-parte ad interim order of
temporary injunction restraining the defendants,
their men, agents from putting up of further
illegal construction on the schedule property, till
disposal of the suit for the reasons assigned in
the accompanying affidavit.

Perused the plaint averments, contents of

the affidavits as well as documents relied by the
plaintiff, at this stage I am not satisfied to grant
ex-parte order of temporary injunction without
issuing notice to the defendants.
Office to verify and keep the memo with 13
original documents dated 21/01/2020 furnished
by the plaintiff in safe custody until further
orders.
Hence, issue emergent notice on I.A. No.1
and 2 and suit summons to defendants, call on
