AFFIDAVIT

I, Iggy Boy Narnia , Filipino citizen, of legal age, single , and a

resident of Jocson Street, Ola Subdivision, Barangay 1, Bago City,
after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say:

1. That I am the nephew of the accused of this case, Jovan Rino y

Narnia;

2. That I have been living under the same house with Jovan Rino and
Jose Rino since I was seven (7) years old, after some time, a nephew
of my uncle whose name is Neil Rino lived with us until today, and
recently, he also made Jose Rino to live in the same house providing
all of us the parental and educational support we need;

3. That I was able to finish elementary and am currently a grade

twelve (12) Senior High student of Bago National High School
through the help my noble uncle Jovan Rino;

4. That I am helping alongside Jose and my other cousin Niel Rino to

assist our uncle Jovan in running his Parlor Business because he is
not always around since he is an Overseas Filipino Worker in
Hongkong;

5. That our uncle Jovan is the one providing us for our needs in the
house and supports us for our needs in school. He is also known to
be a respectable and good person in our village;

6. That uncle Jovan has been very good to me in my length of stay in

his custody, in fact, he treated me as his very own son providing me
with love, care, guidance, and support.

7. That I have personally seen Jose and Miguel Ansel several times at
school holding each other’s hands and stroking each other’s hair;

8. That there have been instances where Miguel got jealous and
picked a fight over another boy from our school because that boy
keeps on clinging towards Jose;
9. That on the night of November 15, 2019, I saw Jose and Miguel
arrive at and both of them went to Jose’s room. Then we were
surprised when a hysterical Jose went out of the room screaming at
Miguel the words “Ka baboy sa imo gel! Wala mani sa storyahanay
ta? Ang hambalanay ta mapalanggaanay lang ta pero wala ko
gapangayo nga amhon moko sini. Ngaa naubra mo ni sa akon?”
Miguel then replied that “Ti ano lang gusto mo ya bi, matulukay lang
ta permi? Nobyohanay ta ya bala! Normal lang na sa nobyohanay
ang gin ubra ta!”

10. That on the same night and the same time while the commotion
was still ongoing, our housemaid made a video call to uncle Jovan
who was in Hongkong to report the incident.
