Barangay Business Permit Clearance Requirements:

- Filled out application form.

- Latest Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
- Business Name Registration from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) for
single proprietors, or, if you’re applying for a corporation or a partnership, Securities
and Exchange Commission (SEC) Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership.
- Copy of the Contract of Lease if you’re renting, or a copy of your Land Title and Tax
Declaration if you own the business location.
- Two valid IDs, and a proof of residence.
- Barangay Business Permit Fee.
- Barangay Business Permit Clearance Procedures.
