JOINING INSTRUCTIONS / UNDERTAKING FOR INTERNSHIP AT PAC

1. I shall abide by the following directives / measures in true letter & spirit.
In-case of violation, my Internship training shall be terminated and strict disciplinary /
legal action shall be taken.
(a) Students shall be responsible for their belongings and all items should
be kept locked during stay at PAC.
(b) Photography and video making within PAC is prohibited.
(c) Student will be held responsible for any involvement in damage / theft.
(d) Movement in technical area of respective factory shall be restricted as
briefed by the OPI of the factory.
(e) Roaming in the residential areas, parks, markets etc and visiting
technical area of other factories is strictly prohibited.
(f) Do not bring any arms, weapons and drugs in PAC vicinity.
(g) Not to bring valuables, laptops, tablets, mobile phone, pets etc during
their stay at PAC.

(h) No discussion / participation in controversial, propaganda, Political and

religious issues is allowed.
(J) Report all breach of security directives / measures immediately to OPI.
(k) PAC shall not be held responsible for any untoward incident,
whatsoever.
(l) Students shall abide by all rules / regulations / instructions / directives
pertaining to Technical / domestic and mess areas.
(m) Students shall not indulge into any dispute, controversy or quarrels
within PAC premises and shall only report the matter to concern if required.
(n) Trainees shall be responsible to clear all dues on account of messing
before final clearance from PAC.

Note:-Dully signed / Countersigned by University Copy is to be submitted by each

trainee on arrival at PAC, otherwise the trainee shall not be inducted in the program.
