This letter is to confirm that as part of the course learning and teaching requirements for B.Sc. (Hons)
Nutrition with Wellness programme, the students are required to research on various Food settings and
make a presentation to the class.
Through this group assignment the students would be able to acquire the relevant knowledge pertaining
to various food cultures, showcase their team working ability and presentation skills. The students may
require some information on the food(s) and related culture (including history of the food setting,
pictures, information sheets, or interviewing and video-shooting the chef/owner/customer, etc) for them
to complete the assignment.
