Present Simple: am / is / are + pp: The house is cleaned every day.

Present Continuous: is being + pp: The house is being cleaned right now.
Future Simple: will + pp: The house will be cleaned soon.
Past Simple; was + pp: The house was cleaned yesterday.
Past Continuous: was being + pp: The house was being cleaned when you called me.
Present Perfect: has been + pp: The house has been cleaned.
Past perfect: had been + pp: The house had been cleaned when I arrived.
Going to: going to + pp: The house is going to be cleaned very soon.
Modals (must, can, could, should etc) + pp: The house must be cleaned.
