MODIFIED LESSON PLAN

PROCEDURE
ENGAGE Present a story about “Little Red Hen”
the teacher will group the class into three. Each group will be assigned to give the sound of
the animals in the story.
While the teacher reads the story, the pupils will give the sound of the animal when it is
mentioned by the teacher.

Who are the characters in the story?


What was the story about?
Why did the dog, cat, and duck did not help little red hen?
What is the moral of the story?
What were the sounds you created while reading the story?
EXPLORE Setting of standards.
Learning Stations
The pupils will be grouped into 3. The pupils will be staying at one station for 1 minute then
will move to the next. The three groups will move from one station to another station for 5
minutes.

The pupils will write on “Today I learned about …” chart.

What are the sounds that we can hear in our community?


The teacher will post some pictures and the pupils will give the sounds of these objects.
