We recommend you check-in AT LEAST 2 hours prior
to departure.
Boarding gate closes 20 minutes prior to the departure time.
Boarding gate numbers are subject to change, please check flight information screen for latest updates.
Checking of hand baggage is a mandatory procedure. Passengers are requested to co-operate with
IndiGo and the relevant authorities. Have a pleasant flight.
All passengers (including children) MUST present valid
photo identification at check-in. It is YOUR responsibility
to have valid travel documentation at all times.
You will be subjected to a compulsory security search.
A selection of vegetarian & non-vegetarian wraps,
malabar parathas, sandwiches, flavored cashew nuts,
cakes, potato sticks, samosas (veg. only) and cold
beverages may be purchased on board.
Casual dress is allowed; however, no shorts, sandals,
bare midriffs or sleeveless tops.

Staff may cancel or rebook; no rebooking fee will apply.

Name changes are not permitted.
IndiGo reserves the right to deny boarding if credit card
information is not supplied at check-in.
This booking is governed by IndiGo's fare rules and
Conditions of Carriage that are available on request at our
airport offices, IndiGo city offices or from our website
goIndiGo.in . We recommend you read these conditions.

Flight schedules are subject to approval by the DGCA.
Free baggage allowance 15kg checked baggage and 7kg
(max dim 115cms) hand baggage.
For Excess baggage, the SLT charge has been reduced to be Rs.50/ Kg for domestic and Rs.100/Kg for
international sector, instead of the normal Charge of Rs 250/Kg for Domestic & 525/Kg for International.
Please bring this document with you to the airport.
Staff may cancel and any refund will be used as a credit
towards future flights with IndiGo.
Please note that if you are boarding from Dubai (DXB)
under Staff travel, you are requested to make the payment
for the travel before arriving at the Dubai airport, as there
is no option of payment at the airport.
