Good Day! I have written this letter to you for the reason that I am very interested in applying for the
open Administrative Aide IV (Clerk II) position as posted on your careers page of the CSC website. I
believe I have fulfilled the requirements needed for the job, I posses a bachelor’s degree in
Social sciences and I have passed the Civil Service Professional (2nd level eligibility) examination and in
addition I also have past work experiences as a Call center representative at Inspiro Dumaguete for the
past 3 years, so I am very familiar with the proper office etiquettes, respectful management of costumers
and work place professionalism required in every well functioning company and in this case a
government office.

I believe I will be a good asset to the Mayor’s Office. I am very reliable, a fast learner and have sharpened
my organizational skills to pay great attention on detail and my ability to work with speed and accuracy. I
also have wide knowledge of Microsoft programs such as: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and etc.
Overall a great well-rounded candidate you will be proud to have on your staff.
