____________________________ as my true and lawful Special Power of Attorney, in my name and on
my behalf to do or to execute all or any the following acts, deeds, things and matters wherever so
required in respect of property, Double storey house with basement, House
No.__________________________________________, measuring 35’x65’ vide Allotment Order
No.3598/250/E-11/03/1761-2 dated 26.04.2003 mentioned in agreement to sell.
 To appear before the court, to mark my appearance regarding the said property and my favour to
make the payments, to procure the stamps, deposit the fee and to collect the any documents,
purchase/sale and receive the payment etc.
 To engage any legal counsel, to institute a suit or to procure any advise, to sign the plaints, to file
written statement, application and appeals, to make the statements and to obtain the attested
certified copies.
 To collect the certified copies/documents from the court or any office concerned at Islamabad or
anywhere in Pakistan.
 To make any correction/alteration in the documents submitted before the court or any other
office I further hold that he will be authorized to collect/withdraw any money or moneys on my
behalf accruing out of court litigation from any bank of Pakistan or from Government Treasury
which relates to me or purports to do any act/acts, which he deems fit and proper.
And I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives, ratify and
confirm and agree to ratify and confirm whatsoever my said attorney shall do or purport to do by virtue
of these presents shall be treated as action taken by me and I shall not hold him responsible for the same.
