One of the goals of having honest policies
and practices in all aspects of the business op-
eration is to improve productivity . With the
practice of the business operation, increasing
productivity would create a good impact in the
business.

2. GUIDE THE COMPANY TO ITS ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS

Doing a good practice of having honest poli-
cies and practices in the business would impact
the business positively. With this, the company
would be guided to its organizational goals.

3. LESSEN WASTING OF COMPANY RESOURCES

As one of the goals of having good policies
and practices in a business it would be lessening
the wasting of company resources as it would en-
courage the employees to do their job efficiently
