Facilitator
Dr. Mario Wallace is the President of All Things Strategic (ATS). He established ATS in 2017 to help
busy leaders create competitive and executable strategies while reducing operational inefficiencies.
Mr. Wallace is the former Director of the Office of Strategy Management at the University of
Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, Arkansas where he led leaders in the creation
of the university’s Vision 2029 Plan. He has more than 20 years of small business consulting
experience and 11 years of healthcare consulting experience. He has published the “ADEM
Strategy Management Cyclical Explained,” “Integrating the Tripartite Missions in a Teaching
Hospital,” and the “Four Cognitive Skills of Business Strategists.” He has a doctoral degree
in Business Administration Leadership and a Balanced Scorecard Graduate Certification
from Palladium Group. He is also an active member of the America College of Healthcare
Executives (ACHE).

If cancellations are received in writing after March 10, 50% of the registration fee is
refundable. Registrants who cancel the day of the program or fail to attend, must pay the
