Greetings!

I, Denver Lee M. Diaz a 5th year Civil Engineering student of the University of Southern
Mindanao, currently enrolled in the subject course SEMINAR AND CE WORK VISITS (CENG
526). As a part of the partial fulfillment for the said subject, we are required to conduct a
seminar related to the engineering field assigned to our group which is Environmental and
Energy Engineering.

This activity aims to develop the knowledge and skills of the students. In connection with this, I
and my colleague proposed Environmental Compliance Certificate as a topic in the seminar and
workshop. The seminar will be conducted on the first week of February until the middle week of
April depending on the availability of the speaker. It is a whole day activity which is divided into
two parts: first part will be lecture and second part will be the workshop. There is an estimated
80 persons who will be attending the said activity and will be held at University of Southern
Mindanao, Kabacan main campus.

Anent to this, I would like to request a speaker for our seminar and workshop on
Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC). If the proposed workshop is not attained in the
time allotted or not favourable in your part. We are open for other suggestions related to our
assigned field.

completion of the said activity.
