MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum is made, executed and entered into by:

of legal age, female, Filipino with present residence and postal called as the
“FIRST PARTY”,

-AND-

\, Philippines and hereinafter called as the “SECOND PARTY”;

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the actual and lawful owner of a parcel of land
located at Little Baguio, covered by Tax Declaration No. 921;

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY has offered to mortage the above metioned parcel
of land and the SECOND PARTY has agreed on such proposal for the total price of
THIRTY THOUSAND Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND

PESOS (P30,000.00) has been paid to and the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
by the FIRST PARTY, the said FIRST PARTY does hereby MORTGAGE, unto the
SECOND PARTY the above mentioned parcel of land.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this
